CrewPipe

Set up CrewPipe

CrewPipe keeps Jobber and HubSpot in sync. This guide takes about 15 minutes.

What you need

1. Install

From the HubSpot App Marketplace, find CrewPipe, click Install and approve. Or start on our Connect page and click Connect HubSpot. CrewPipe asks only for contacts, companies and deals (read and write) and the right to add its own properties. Never tickets, emails, files or sensitive data.

2. Connect Jobber

Click Connect Jobber, sign in as a Jobber admin and click Allow Access. Your 14-day free trial starts once both are connected. No card needed.

3. Choose directions

4. Map your pipeline stages

Pick a HubSpot deal pipeline and choose which stage each Jobber step lands in: New request, Quote sent, Quote approved, Job scheduled, Job completed, Closed won (invoice paid), Closed lost. Or click Create a Jobber pipeline for me (needs a HubSpot plan with more than one pipeline).

Optional: pick a trigger stage. When a deal reaches it, CrewPipe creates a Jobber request for that client. If the client has more than one property, set Jobber property number on the deal, or pick it in Review.

5. Lead source into Jobber (Pro)

Choose which HubSpot source and UTM properties go into Jobber, as client tags (src:paid-search) or into Jobber custom fields with the same names. Revenue from paid Jobber invoices comes back to HubSpot automatically.

6. Activity on the record

Choose which Jobber events show on the contact (quote sent, quote approved, job completed, invoice paid). Each sets a dated property you can use as a workflow trigger and adds a short note. Quiet mode keeps routine visits out of it.

7. Check the first matches

You see the first 20 Jobber clients and the HubSpot contact each matched (email, then phone, then name + address). Anything unclear goes to Review. Nothing is merged or deleted on a guess.

8. Start the import

Pick how far back to bring in requests, quotes, jobs and invoices (3, 6 or 12 months). It runs in the background. After that, changes sync within seconds and a nightly check catches anything missed.

9. Show the Jobber card on contacts (optional)

Open any contact in HubSpot and click Customize above the record tabs. Open the view you use (usually “Default view”), click + in the middle column, go to Card library, search “Jobber”, click Add card, then Save and exit. Each contact then shows its open quotes, next visits and recent jobs from Jobber.

If something looks wrong

Disconnect or uninstall

Settings → Disconnect, or uninstall from HubSpot, or disconnect in Jobber. Syncing stops at once, the subscription ends at the end of the paid month, and nothing in Jobber or HubSpot is deleted. Our copy of the sync log and links is deleted 90 days later.
